Hello friends and family! This video is about How to prepare a rich lentils soup. Ingredients: 1 cup dried lentils 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste 1 teaspoon oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 small piece chopped onion or 1 green (spring onion) 5 small sprigs chopped cilantro 2 tomatoes chopped 5 cups water Place the lentils in 5 cups of boiling water, lower the heat and boil covered, for 20 minutes. While they are cooking, heat the oil in a skillet. Add the onion, garlic, cilantro and sauté for a few seconds or until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and cook, covered, over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until sautéed, then transfer to the pot of lentils. When the mixture comes to a boil add the salt (1/4 teaspoon or to taste) mix and bring the soup to a boil, cook 4 minutes longer and please enjoy it. Thank you so much for your support.
